In your silence myriad possibilities reside,
that only with utterance will your thoughts be divined.
My imagination, given free rein in your silence
and subject heavily to my own state of mind
must, with your utterance, diminish and relinquish some
influence to your mood.
The sum of possibilities in your silence, then,
with your utterance would transform toward reality
thus, increasing my joy or murdering it.
Let me not break the peace of quiet…
