Missed | A Poem by Judy Moskowitz

The facts of fiction
Heavily researched
Weighed through a straw
Sipping through
National parks with vistas
Reaching beyond
A wide angle lens
Like grey wolves
Somehow you missed me
You’ve cruised my body
River rafted natural beauty
Poisoned my floor
Somehow you missed
My primal cry
Climbing snow-capped
Mountains majestic
Picture perfect
I’m ready for my close up
Somehow you missed
My melting tears
A rescue inhaler
Frameless picture
